These shirts are your regular cotton T-shirts. Their stiffness helps keep them from deteriorating after frequent washes, however, the white staff labels are beginning to disintegrate after only a few months of weekly or biweekly wear. Overall, it is a decent shirt that serves its purpose. Lighter staff shirt materials will be my go to for the hot summers.
