Refund policy
We are happy to offer easy returns for our YMCA Family. Within 30 days of the order's shipping date, you may return any qualified item for store credit or refund.
Submit a return request
Click here or the profile/account icon in the store's navigation and then request a return by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note with any additional information or requests.
5. Click Request Return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
If your original order was placed over the phone or through email, then you must email returns@courtproducts.com to initiate a return.
If you would like to make an exchange, simply place a new order on our website.
Items that are not eligible for return:
- Custom orders
- Items marked as ‘Clearance’
- Washed, worn, or dirty items
Damaged Items
We will replace any item that arrives damaged at no charge. Please follow the same steps as above and choose Damaged or Defective as the reason for the return. In the Note field, please let us know how the item is damaged and if you would like a replacement or a refund.
